Calling All Techies...

I'm redesigning my blog and I have a banner that I'm trying to put in place at the top. I've been playing with code and I'm about to break something... Anyone have suggestions on what to do or know anyone who'd like to take a crack at it? UPDATE - Nevermind, I done figured it out. :) UPDATE X 2 - Still working some kinks out and I can't figure out why there is so much space at the end of this post, so just go with it people! LOL
